2nd time I’ve dealt with Sheila in Service and Parts and she once again surpassed my expectations ! Had to re-order a skylight for our bathroom, as 1st one didn’t fit. Shelia looked up the part, researched it, did the measurements and explained why the prior one didn’t fit. Her RV knowledge and expertise is amazing. Sheila is knowledgeable, professional, & strives for perfection ! They are lucky to have her.

My wife and I had a very good experience at Markquart RV Burlington. Maria was our product specialist and spent a lot of time showing us 3 E Pro options and explained all the amenities of these models. Erik, the manager of Markquart Burlington, also got involved with answering a detailed electronic question. After purchasing, Bob performed a lengthy walk through with a check list that I marked off and answered all our questions. Ricardo installed the Blue Ox weight distribution hitch then showed us how to install and remove the hitch as well as tips on install technique. Maria, Bob, Ricardo and Erik made this a fun knowledgeable experience. We felt the price on the RV was very competitive. Cant say enough good things about this place.

When I walked through the door I knew I was going to have a good experience ! I brought my 2013 Class C for an estimate for a suspected minor water leak. Heather hooked me up with Mark, a technician who took his time with me and looked it over as well as Steve, who is was very knowledgeable look at it . They recommend a slide shade to be installed, and agreed that would take care of the problem. While I was there I walked through the store and purchased a few items. At the counter I was met by two very nice girls, Kayla and Sara who is in sales. I plan on doing future business with Markquart RV !! I might have to trade my Class C in on a Super C !

Nick was super friendly and answered every question we had. Never felt pressured to into something we didn’t want but he also showed up other options available. Would recommend Nick to anyone going to buy an RV. He loves camping and is awesome at his job and product knowledge. We purchased a 2025 Jayco Flight SLX and couldn’t be more happy with the purchasing experience.

I came in with a last minute repair request with a rather tough deadline and they were able to pull it off two days early and at a reasonable price. The staff and technicians are all amazing and very friendly! Love them!
